  • Carrier: EMS
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every bandage dress, office outfit, or printed style you purchase from us. If something isn’t perfect, our hassle-free returns policy makes it easy to get what you really want.

Our Return Policy

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel or accessories that have been removed from their original packaging. Final sale items (marked during checkout) and items showing signs of wear or alteration are also non-returnable.
