Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel or accessories that have been removed from their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
  2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible
  3. Ship your return to our address (provided in your return authorization email)
  4. Wait for processing – we’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Bank transfers: May take 1-2 additional business days to reflect in your account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color (subject to availability). Simply indicate your preference when requesting your return. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Items without original tags or packaging
