Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements. For our signature bodycon and bandage dresses, we recommend checking your measurements carefully as these styles are designed to fit snugly. When in doubt between sizes, consider sizing up for comfort.
Are your print dresses colorfast?
Absolutely! We take pride in our vibrant print dresses. All our prints are colorfast when washed according to the care instructions included with each garment. For best results, we recommend washing similar colors together and avoiding prolonged soaking.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide with two exceptions: some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure about your location, simply enter your address at checkout – our system will confirm availability. We’re constantly expanding our reach!
What are my shipping options?

🎁 Free Standard Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS, arrives in 15-25 days after processing. Great for wardrobe building!
How are customs duties handled?
No surprises here! All potential customs and import fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination. What you see is what you pay – no hidden costs upon delivery.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships from our Jacksonville warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your fashion’s journey right to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Some exclusions may apply – see our full policy for details.
How do I initiate a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. For a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order once your return is processed. Pro tip: Our free shipping kicks in at $50, so consider ordering multiple sizes to qualify!
